A genome-wide association meta-analysis of diarrhoeal disease in young children identifies FUT2 locus and provides plausible biological pathways
Diarrheal disease Summary Data
We are releasing the summary data from our discovery genome-wide meta-analysis of diarrheal diseases in children, in order to enable other researchers to examine particular variants or loci of their interest for association with this trait.
Dataset Details
The diarrheal disease dataset was generated by performing a meta-analysis of several studies. Four different outcomes were tested: diarrhoeal disease at age 1y (d1y), doctor diagnosis of diarrhoeal disease at age 1y (dd1y), diarrhoeal disease at age 2y (d2y), doctor diagnosis of diarrhoeal disease at age 2y (dd2y).The data as a gzipped file can be downloaded here.
