Approval Regulations of Law 16/2002 on protection against noise pollution
The most significant events of the law were as follows: consideration of noise pollution from the point of view of emissions, the delimitation of the territory into zones based on acoustic sensitivity quality objectives, and the regulation of a specific regime for transport infrastructure and establishment of measures to minimize the noise impact.
